Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below, unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pkrvip website, mobile browser interface, and any associated applications or services made available to players.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account associated with a unique username and verified identity on the pkrvip platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency of the pkrvip platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or wagering credits awarded to a player account by pkrvip that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player in PKR via an accepted payment method that are immediately available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to identity verification requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or a deposit-plus-bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including CNIC-based identity verification, address verification, and source-of-funds documentation requested by pkrvip.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction placed on a player account, at the player's request, that prevents access to the platform for a defined or indefinite period.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkrvip platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and fully understood this Agreement;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• You accept these Terms & Conditions voluntarily and without coercion.

pkrvip reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

The pkrvip platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age requirement is a firm legal condition of platform access and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.

pkrvip employs automated and manual age verification procedures. All players are required to complete KYC verification, including submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), before the first withdrawal is approved. Where pkrvip has reason to believe a player may be under the age of 21, the account will be suspended pending age verification, and all wagering activity during the suspension period will be voided.

In addition to age requirements, the following eligibility conditions apply:

• Players must not be employees, contractors, or immediate family members of pkrvip staff;
• Players must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with pkrvip or any partner gaming platform;
• Players must access the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only;
• Players must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and KYC.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one pkrvip account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate accounts.

During registration, players must provide:

• A valid and unique email address;
• A Pakistani mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification;
• Accurate date of birth confirming the player is 21 years of age or older;
• A username and secure password of the player's choosing.

pkrvip reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

Account Security

Players are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their pkrvip login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-step verification codes. pkrvip strongly recommends enabling SMS two-step verification on all accounts.

pkrvip will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pkrvip requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Players must notify pkrvip immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorised access to their account;
• pkrvip is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain credential security;
• Session activity is logged and available for review in your account dashboard;
• Accounts showing signs of compromise will be temporarily suspended while security is restored.

Deposits

pkrvip accepts PKR deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Allied Bank Transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash Deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts are published on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method;
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within minutes of confirmation;
• Bank transfer processing times vary and may take up to one business day;
• USDT TRC20 deposits are subject to network confirmation times and current exchange rates;
• pkrvip does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification and have a Real Money Balance meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold published on the Cashier page. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where technically possible.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission;
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 2–6 hours of approval;
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution;
• pkrvip reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving large withdrawal amounts;
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being satisfied in full before processing.

pkrvip will not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered in the player's own verified name. Attempts to withdraw to third-party accounts will result in account suspension and investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

pkrvip offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of conflict between general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and, where specified, initial KYC;
• Each player may claim each welcome bonus once only;
• Bonus funds are held in a separate balance from the Real Money Balance and are consumed before real money in wagering;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified on the promotion page, after which uncompleted bonus funds are removed from the account;
• Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — cricket betting, slots, and live casino contributions are specified per promotion;
• pkrvip reserves the right to withdraw any promotion, modify its terms, or limit player eligibility at its discretion.

Betting Rules

All sports betting on the pkrvip platform, including cricket, PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, Test matches, and UFC events, is subject to the specific betting rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all wagers:

• Bets accepted by pkrvip are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by pkrvip's void bet policy;
• pkrvip reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or external data feed failures;
• In-play betting markets are governed by real-time event data; pkrvip is not responsible for internet latency or connection issues that affect a player's ability to place in-play bets;
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market and are published in the platform;
• pkrvip reserves the right to limit individual player maximum stakes based on betting patterns, risk profiling, or responsible gaming grounds.

Casino & Slots

Casino games and slots offered on the pkrvip platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, and others. Each game is governed by its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage and mathematical model, which are independent of pkrvip. pkrvip does not control individual game outcomes.

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories;
• In the event of a technical interruption during a game round, the round will be completed on game server reconnection; any confirmed winnings will be credited to the player's account;
• pkrvip is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or volatility;
• Live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed on the relevant game table; house rules take precedence over player assumptions.

Responsible Gaming

pkrvip is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players free of charge, accessible from Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps;
• Loss Limits — restrict net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a defined gaming session duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily restrict account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion — voluntarily exclude from the platform for 6 months, 12 months, or permanently.

Requests to reduce limits or activate self-exclusion take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits or remove self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory reflection period before taking effect. pkrvip strictly enforces self-exclusion — players who have self-excluded will be refused service, and any accounts opened in violation of a self-exclusion order will be closed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrvip platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Laundering funds through deposit and withdrawal without genuine wagering activity;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or using insider information in sports betting;
• Accessing the platform while subject to an active self-exclusion;
• Allowing another person to use your pkrvip account;
• Any activity intended to defraud pkrvip or other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrvip platform, including but not limited to the pkrvip brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, odds data, game interfaces, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of pkrvip or its licensed suppliers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of pkrvip.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence terminates automatically upon account closure for any reason.

Privacy & Data

pkrvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering a pkrvip account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkrvip will not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification partners, game suppliers, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable gaming regulations and anti-money laundering obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvip's total liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• pkrvip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind;
• pkrvip is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures outside pkrvip's reasonable control;
• pkrvip is not liable for losses arising from a player's own failure to maintain account security;
• pkrvip does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and reserves the right to suspend services for maintenance at any time.

Termination

pkrvip reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring closure.

Upon account closure for cause, pkrvip reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited activities. Real Money Balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after deduction of any outstanding obligations, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pkrvip support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Amendments

pkrvip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pkrvip will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the registered address associated with each active account. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, and formatting changes) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page at pkrvip.ws/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Players are responsible for reviewing this document periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Dispute Resolution

pkrvip is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and efficiently. If you have a dispute with pkrvip regarding a transaction, bet settlement, bonus, or account decision, please follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the pkrvip support team via live chat or email. Include your account username, a description of the dispute, and any relevant transaction IDs. pkrvip aims to resolve standard complaints within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate in writing to the pkrvip Compliance team, requesting a formal review. Formal reviews are completed within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — External Review: Where a dispute remains unresolved after internal escalation, players may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by pkrvip's gaming licence issuer. Details of the relevant body are available from the Compliance team upon request.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrvip holds its gaming licence. Any dispute not resolved through the procedure in Section 18 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Agreement affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. Where any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
